Recommendations for beginners

What you must do in any case!

- Follow the prescriptions TO THE T! Always take all the complements and sachets indicated and scrupulously follow the prescribed amounts. This will not only allow you to achieve good results but also be rewarded by a feeling of well-being and comfort.

- Drink at least two liters of water every day. Water prevents constipation and has a draining effect on the kidneys.

- If you have moments of discouragement or difficulty during some phases, don’t hesitate to bring it up with a member of our team. We are here to help you.

- Eat at regular intervals. Do not wait until you’re hungry! Make these moments real pauses.

- Put variety in your plate. Decorate your plate.

- After the slimming process and stabilization program, you continue to keep your good eating habits. You can even follow them with your eyes closed and can thus eat a bit of everything. No food is banned; you must only keep an eye on the amounts… as obviously, the food that caused you to gain weight in the first place, will make you gain weight again if you eat the same amounts as before.

What to avoid in all circumstances!

DO NOT WEIGH YOURSELF AT HOME!!!!!!!!! STRICTLY FORBIDDEN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

- DO NOT weigh yourself AT HOME!  Your body is made up of more than 60% of water. There are moments when the body retains more water than others. Your scale does not give you any indication of the evolution of your fat mass. Your doctor has a special scale that can measure your fat mass precisely!

- Only your doctor can decide if you need salt supplements. Never decide on your own!

- Do not vary from what has been prescribed. Every spoonful of mayonnaise, every bite, every additional glass of wine, every lapse, even minimal, stops the fat burning process.
